Yesterday, in a windowless room in Southern California, leaders representing all the major commercial, retail, and industrial associations in the nation, as well as some of the biggest companies in the industry, came together review hundreds of bills currently being considered by the California State Legislature.
After several weeks of soliciting input for hundreds of companies, the purpose of this meeting was to make sure that all aspects of commercial real estate are represented as we take formal position on legislation. Thank you to everyone who has participated in this process!
