The California State Legislature has been back in Sacramento since January, and over the past three months they have collectively introduced over 2,000 pieces of legislation. Now, they must discuss and vote on each one of these bills prior to the policy committee deadline of May 2. We are tracking over 250 of these newly introduced bills that could have an impact on the commercial real estate industry.
